About the authors:

Dimitri Keramitas is from the state of Connecticut, and was educated at the University of Hartford, the Sorbonne, and the University of London. He holds degrees in literature and law. He lives in Paris, teaching English and law in the French university system, as well as providing legal English training and translation to legal professionals through his own company. His short fiction has been published in many literary journals. His story “The Art of Flight” won the Paynton Scholarship at the 2010 Paris Writers Workshop. In addition, he has worked as a film critic for both print and on-line publications, and is a contributing editor to Movies in American History (ABC-CLIO).  He is currently completing his first novel. He was recently named director of WICE’s creative writing program.

Anna Polonyi is a Hungarian-Franco-American writer and poet. She holds a B.A. from Harvard University, and an M.A. in Journalism and International Relations from Sciences Po (Paris). As a Fulbright fellow in Berlin, she reported on food co-ops and local neo-nazis for the left-wing daily die tageszeitung. She is currently Paris correspondent for NY-based The Indypendent and The European. Her literary writing has been published with Two Words For, The Bastille Magazine, Canopic Jar and Belleville Park Pages. She is currently working on a novel about the joy and occasional agony of being perpetually in between cultures.

Gary Lee Kraut is an award-winning travel writer and editor of the web magazine France Revisited www.francerevisited.com He also teaches the writing workshop “Paris Vignettes,” which he has conducted at WICE.
